拜阿司匹灵与复方丹参滴丸联合治疗对短暂性脑缺血发作患者凝血功能的影响(1)
【摘要】 目的：探討拜阿司匹灵联合复方丹参滴丸对短暂性脑缺血发作(transient ischemic attacks，TIA)患者凝血功能的影响。方法：选择本院TIA患者100例，按照随机数字表法将患者分成对照组和观察组，每组50例。对照组患者给予拜阿司匹灵，观察组患者予以拜阿司匹灵联合复方丹参滴丸进行治疗。检测两组患者治疗前后凝血功能变化，评价临床疗效，观察并比较两组患者治疗期间不良反应发生情况。结果：治疗后，两组患者活化部分凝血酶原时间(APTT)均较治疗前升高，血小板(PLT)计数均较治疗前显著降低(P<0.05)；但两组治疗后各项凝血功能指标比较，差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组总有效率(96.0%)明显高于对照组(80.0%)，差异有统计学意义( 字2=6.06，P<0.05)。两组总不良反应发生率比较，差异无统计学意义( 字2=0.38，P>0.05)。结论：在拜阿司匹灵的基础上加用复方丹参滴丸能够显著提高治疗TIA的效果，且不会增加对患者凝血功能的影响，安全性较高，值得推广使用。

【Abstract】 Objective：To discuss the effects of Bayaspirin combined Compound Danshen Dripping Pills on coagulation function in transient ischemic attack(TIA)patients.Method：Selected 100 patients with TIA in our hospital，according to the random digital table method，patients were divided into control group and observation group，50 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were given Bayaspirin，the patients in the observation group were treated with Bayaspirin combined with Compound Danshen Dripping Pills.Tested the blood coagulation function of two groups before and after treatment，assessed clinical effects，observed and compared the adverse reactions of two groups during the treatment.Result：After treatment，activated partial thromboplastin time (APTT) of two groups were higher than those before treatment，the platelet(PLT) count were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05)；there were no significant differences in the indexes of blood coagulation function between the two groups(P>0.05).The total effective rate of observation group was 96.0%，significantly higher than 80.0% of the control group，the difference was statistically significant( 字2=6.06，P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups( 字2=0.38，P>0.05).Conclusion：On the basis of Bayaspirin combined with Compound Danshen Dripping Pills can significantly improve the therapeutic effect of TIA，and it will not increase the effect on the blood coagulation function in patients，high safety，it is worth popularizing.
