    【摘要】炎性细胞因子是一组由淋巴细胞、单核-巨噬细胞和血管内皮细胞等产生的免疫活性分子，包括IL-1，IL-6和TNF等。它们共同参与机体免疫反应、应激反应和炎症调节。IL-1，IL-6和TNF在脑缺血时表达增加，可能是卒中发生危险因素，已成为研究的热点。
